Leading supplier of U-Nails in Europe
The U-Nail, slightly different from the CAP Nail, is another emblematic assembly key from our production. Although different, it has the same self-locking functionality thanks to its two sharp wings. Just like the CAD, the U-Nail is the result of French design and manufacturing, specially designed for wood assemblies. The assembly is carried out with a small weight or a pneumatic gun – for the latter, do not hesitate to contact us. The most remarkable thing is that this type of assembly is invisible and leaves no trace, making its use appreciated in all types of wood.

Quality control and traceability
With each production, we implement rigorous controls at each stage of the manufacturing process. First, an incoming check of the raw material is carried out, examining the grade, thickness and strip width. Then, a static dimensional control of the geometry of the key is carried out during manufacturing, by periodic sampling following validation of the first part produced. This control guarantees the consistency and precision of our products. Finally, a final check focuses on logistics: the number of boxes on a pallet, identification, as well as the production date.
